I love Sasha's mind and her style
I love Sasha's mind and her style. If you do have problems sleeping, then read her books, they are inspiring. Don't however take her call to "ditch the tablet" to help you sleep too close to heart - it just doesn't work for everyone. In fact in this book she actually says the same thing. Combination of natural remedies, relaxation techniques and correct mind frame is always the best.

good book
I love this book. This is a no nonsense book. I tried a couple of these things, and they worked. One thing she said was to self talk yourself to sleep, saying that you're a good sleeper, etc. Conversely, if you self talk yourself that you can't sleep and you're never a good sleeper, you'll stay awake for hours.

Amazing
Suffered from insomnia (or shall I say poor sleep and bad habits) for ~2years. It got really bad at the end of 2017. Bought both books (this one and the original effortless sleep method). What a discovery. It helped me dispose of benzodiazepines and tons of over the counter pills that were all slowly damaging my liver. I sleep well now and if few bad night happen then they are only few bad nights and NOT the start of insomnia. These books helped me understand what caused 2years of suffering and how to end it! Thank you

I bought this book for research purposes as I have pretty much nailed my sleep problems these days. Good read, but prefer the companion book. Easily your best Sasha.Still worth buying if you want to learn a few new ideas.

Not as good as effortless sleep method
If you've read The Effortless Sleep method, (brilliant book), this is just more on the same theme.
