Absolutely love it! Has a very soft surface on the inside making it very comfortable to wear.In my personal experience doesn’t cool enough in the fridge so put it in the freezer for about 30 mins to an hour and you’re good to go

Average, much better products out there
does the job as advertised, but very centralized. "colder" side is way too cold, can barely feel anything on the "cold" side. recommend going with other options such as a Hail cap

Well-made & Soothing!
Well-made, no strange smell. I keep mine in the fridge and it’s so soothing! I use it daily for 10mins to combat dry eyes. Love that it has a soft plush side for frozen use. Also comes in a handy bonus storage bag, to keep clean from other fridge items!

Great hot and cold!
These worked very well after my eye surgery. At first, I needed to apply cold compresses but the gauze got warm right away. I put a partially frozen one over the wet gauze and it kept it nice and cold for the full 10 mins. It was also easy to wipe the surface of the eye mask with an alcohol pad to keep it clean. The surgeon said my bruising was minimal because I did a great job with the compresses.After a few days, when swelling settles in, you’re supposed to do warm compresses. You have to be careful when you microwave the eye mask. It gets VERY HOT quickly but I found 18 secs to be perfect for me. Move the beads around after microwaving it and use a thin towel or sterile gauze between you and the eye mask. It was so soothing, I often fell asleep while using it.I am so glad I had these. It was nice to treat both eyes at the same time and after all my use, they still look brand new.

Works but for a short time
Problem with this is that when freezed it works for a 15-45 min and after that it gets hotter and hotter with time untill I have to take it out.
