Yes. I have never purchased a revoltech or figma figure that did not come with one.

Can you play with this

It's great for posing taking pics, etc but the joints are finicky and can come loose if not handled carefully. For young kids I would advise going with one of the marvel masher type toys.

the figure is scattered when we touch can you help me ?

If the figure broke when you touched it, more than likely it was a fake version of the original. May want to contact whoever you purchased it from for an exchange.
