Water Rowing Machine, Wood Rower Machine

This is an excellent piece of exercise equipment that's well built and comprised of solid materials. This is a water-based rower meaning that it uses a tank filled with water to offer resistance for rowing. More water in the tank increases resistance and vice-versa. No electricity required AND it is very quiet relative to other fan or gear-driven rowing machines. Therefore ideal for an apartment setting. The two side rails offer good stability with only a slightly greater floor footprint over the single rail rowers. The action while rowing is smooth with a sturdy feel to all the parts. Assembly took approximately an hour and was GREATLY aided by the installation videos the company has on YouTube. The unit ships with a cover and pump for filling/emptying the tank. **Would recommend using distilled water to avoid cloudy or contaminated water** The Monitor (ergometer) is not the best or what is used on the WaterRower / Concept 2, therefore other than time, stroke data you will be better served by a wearable or another device that monitors the workout (YMMV).

This rower is everything I hoped it would be. its very solid and well made and was easy to assemble. The instructions for the rower were clear and easy to follow, it took me maybe an hour to put it together myself. The instructions for the bluetooth monitor on the other hand were a little more difficult to follow. The rowing action is smooth and very realistic to actual rowing and it gives you a great full body workout. Overall I would say that this is an excellent value for the money and a great investment in your heath!

The rower is sturdy and easy to use. I would recommend watching a you tube video on proper technique about how to use it or you may end up hurting your back. The tank uses 4 gallons of distilled water up to the recommended level. The monitor worked as soon as batteries were put in. Minor troubles adjusting the steps for your feet. Nice smooth resistance and a swishing sound provided by the water. It makes up for a relaxing experience while working all major groups of muscles. The color of the rower doesn’t exactly match the one shown in the pictures. If color is important to you keep in mind that it may differ slightly from what you have in mind. That having said, pictures in some of the reviews show the color more accurately. Altogether a satisfying experience for body and mind that also provides fast results in muscle definition.

There is a video on YouTube to assemble it, follow the video and you will be done in less than 20 minutes.Machine looks great, feels great and works great. The sound of water is very relaxing.It says don’t do more than 10 minutes the first week. You will be lucky if you can do it for at least three minutes. This machine exercises muscles you probably haven’t used since gym class at high school.After five days. I’m able to use it for 10 minutes.( I can run on the Tony Little Gazelle for an hour, Gazelle, what a great machine too.)I did a lot of research about Mr. Rudolf’s water rowing machine and I am very glad I bought it. It’s been a challenging exercise, but read this my couch potato. NO PAIN. NO GAIN!I recommend this machine specifically if you want to have a flat stomach. With the short time I have used, I can feel the difference in mine.2 months later, the only regret I have is WHY I DIDN’T BUY THIS BEFORE!Excellent piece of equipment. Updated today Sep. 1st 2020

So simple to assemble. I had my doubts using a tank of water for resistance but once complete I have to say its an amazing machine. 4 gallons of water is about max to fill the tank. It's actually quieter with 4 gallons than with 3. Just a soft swish/rowing sound. More than sufficient resistance for anyone being a beginner or experienced. The mechanism itself is perfectly silent, all you hear is water moving as if you are on a calm lake all alone. Not to mention this rowing machine is absolutely beautiful as a bonus. Once you stand it up for storage the small footprint fits anywhere.

The media could not be loaded.  I would like to give five stars for its appearance and function. After about half an hour assembling, the machine is ready to use. The machine iteself has a beautiful appearance. The solid wood frame is pretty sturdy and well finished. The digital panel can turn on automatic when you start pulling the handle, and keep tracks your real time activity. Comparing with jogging and running, this machine gives me a different way of working out - much more movements while less stress on knees and ankles. Overall, it's a great health investment during the covid period.

Got so out of shape during this covid pandemic. Compared so many machines, all seem similar. Some with prices double this. Came in two boxes which was great because I think it would have been difficult to handle if it came in one. Easy to put together. Well built. Goes well with the decor. The first time I got on it, could hardly do 3 min. Now, after a few weeks, I'm up to 10 mins and feel more flexible.

We received the rower about a week ago - put it together in an hour or so - very simple. Have been rowing daily on this beast all week. It is very smooth, the water sound is nice and the workout is solid - shoulders, legs, and core seem to be getting the most of it. We have it set up outside under some shade - works very well...
