My Cat does kick his litter a lot, so the high walls don’t do much because the litter box isn’t particularly large. I would say it’s a medium litter box. The dimensions are correct so if you’re measuring like I was to make sure it fits, it does. The “lid” clear plastic piece does not snap on, it sits on it, but it works for what I need. There was no plastic smell from the litter box, the litter scoop is very small, I don’t plan to use it as I bought my own, but I will keep it as a backup!
