great brush. I like it better than my badger brush, no sheading, easier to clean and dry and has more backbone for working in lather.

Good scritch for picking up DR Harris soap. Synthetic dries faster than badger or boar. Handle is a good balance between skinny and meaty.

Not the worst brush in the world -- it is an Omega after all. This brush uses the archaic "Syntex" bristles which are ancient technology for synthetic bristles -- scratchy, prickly, and unpleasant on the skin. Choose instead one of Omega's vastly superior S-series brushes for the same price which have soft, plush bristles which feel amazing on the skin and behave far more like genuine bristles. For instance, the Omega S10081, S10065, S10083, etc.

Obviously not a top of the line Badger, and unfair to compare it natural hair brushes, and while my old Boar bristle brush held water and suds a bit better, it shed terribly. This brush is OK, and most importantly, no shedding.

As someone that uses his brushes to face lather, I would not recommend this brush at all. No backbone, very scratchy. Save your money and buy a Semogue boar brush or RazoRock Plissoft (if you want a Synthetic) instead.
