Purchased this after seeing them using it in our Physical Therapy office. We had purchased a $200.00 ice/cold water circulating machine to use after a knee surgery but found it cumbersome to use and to keep refilling with large amounts of ice. This pad works just as well for us and is cold enough and easy to refreeze and use. This is all we use now for the knee. If your going to use 20 minutes on then 20 minutes off then on again as some Drs suggest might need two, but still worth it for us. They also have excellent Customer Service. First one arrived damaged and after one phone call we had a new one shipped in one day. Very pleasant and efficient Customer Service people. I would recommend this product and buy again.

Like the lightness of the product, doesn’t press in on injury. The provided strap secures the wrap in place so I can prop my foot up too. My athletic daughter recommended it and after trying it I am pleased. Provides relief, just using a thick sock under it, and it’s the perfect coldness.

Nice material.Stays cold Size is somewhat small. Strap is useless.

This wrap freezes perfectly to still be able to mold to your body comfortably. I have many of these for various body areas and love them

This pad is large enough to cover a shoulder and arm to elbow or a knee and up the thigh. I have one that is 30 years old and is going strong. I bought this after having knee/leg surgery and realizing I needed another one. The enclosed elastic strap allows you to wrap the injured areas. I love mine and can definitely recommend it.I have not tried it for heat, just cold, so I can't address how well the heat works.
