Rice-A-RoniRice A Roni Spanish Rice 6.8 oz (Pack of 12)

I find Spanish rice dry but this version is not. I sometimes add Rotel tomatoes instead of regular canned tomatoes for an extra kick. Great side dish with any Mexican or Spanish meal. I keep this in my pantry at all times.

I don't know why my local stores have apparently stopped carrying Rice a Roni Spanish Rice, but they have. I'm glad to have found it on Amazon, so I stocked up. Hope this isn't one of those products that's going to disappear forever.
