Es el segundo artículo que tengo de esta marca y la verdad es que es calidad, el hecho de que tenga un medida como lo son la de 100lbs lo hace excelente para realizar rutinas más específicas no como muchas no que no tiene un rango de resistencia y haces mil repeticiones y sol bombeas el músculo pero no sientes un esfuerzo mayor, y con estás además de eso, una vez que te sientas pasadas esas rutinas de 4 de 30 puedes comprar las de 150lbs y así sucesivamente, recomendadas 100x100

Product is very durable while also being portable , offers a very good challenge to train the grip.Can use some coconut oil to lubricate the spring if some squeaking sound is observed while pressing (although this occurs only very rarely)

I have very small hands and I am able to grip it fairly easy and use with no problems. The knurled aluminum grip is a bit rough on my hands but I read someone else's review about taping them so I'm going to give that a try.I got the 100lbs one, and if you are a beginner or have small hands I would not go hight than that right away.The construction is solid, the grips are mettle so there is no plastic to break and no sharp edges to worry about.
