Inherently Fire Retardant Banjo Cloth Display Fabric | 47 Inches Wide -by The Yard (Champagne)

This fabric has more of a sheen than the black expo cloth we bought 20 years ago when remodeling our home theater (HT) for front projection. We recently replaced the projector with a large LCD and the accents we made with this material helped us keep that HT feel alive.It's very luxurious looking material. The stitching appears the same. While probably not as acoustically transparent as speaker grill fabric, you can easily see through it when held up to a light. So, it's suitably acoustically transparent for covering absorption and diffusion acoustic tiles in a home theater, which is no doubt why it's used in commercial cinema. We used it for skirting on a tv stand, custom built for the TV. The material effectively masks the lights of the components in the stand underneath the TV without inhibiting communication from the remote controls. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I got that to use it near by the oven, i test it with lighter and it did not handle the heat, it looks like it made out of plastic.i did not test it with hot surface maybe it is just for hot surface use

It's a drape type material and hard to work with

My house hasn't burned down as they are the backing on my drapes that hit the radiator, so I guess they work great! :)

Very easy to work with--- being a new DIY projects. Very nice- would recommend!
