This is the best everyday hot sauce in my opinion. The simple ingredients blend perfectly; the lack of vinegar really allows the rich citriusy flavor of the peppers to shine through. Hot enough to satisfy, but not so hot that I can't enjoy a generous helping with nearly every meal.

One of the best sauces I’ve had I a while the spice was just right. I put it in my Gorditas and it tasted amazing.

This is my favorite hot sause. I've been buying it for a lot of years. I get "Thai hot" when I go out for Thai food, to give you my tolerance level. This stuff is way hot but manageable. No where near Thai hot. I won't buy their weaker stuff. They taste great but I want the heat. The best in my opinion. (I'd love your recommendations)

This is my favorite hot sauce of all time and I have tried a lot of them. In fact I didn't like it at first but it grew on me. The appeal is not so much the heat, which is fine (not TOO spicy, in my opinion), but the unique flavor. Literally nothing else compares -- not even the El Yucateco "normal" green habanero hot sauce; "XXXtra Hot" is essential.

Love the XXXtra hot El Yucateco, it is 5 star and pretty hot. I ordered the 6 pack and got the regular Hot sauce 6 pack. I'm sure it was just an error. Have purchased it before and got the correct sauce. Great brand and good sauces. I Like them all but the xxxtra hot is the best. To clarify, I ordered the xxxtra hot with is a bit more brown in color and got the red hot sauce. It is fairly hot just not what I ordered. The photo shows the xxxxtra hot and the label I got is just "Hot Sauce Chile Habanero" still fantastic flavor. Almost any other sauce I would have left a negative review. This brand is great. Affraid to reorder and get the wrong sauce again though.
