Does it run to hot for a laptop that has 2 hard drive, so the other one give's off heat also, on a HP Omen

All depends on how much it is used. If you are running a game or program that constantly reads and writes expect a little heat. But if it is not your primary should always be idle cool. I would suggest a cooling pad for your laptop. I have a gaming laptop 2 of these ssds and m.2 ssd and stays cool on my cooling base when I take it off it runs a little warm

FYI, it’s probably best to ask tech questions as complicated as this to the manufacturer (“Visit the Timetec Store,” right under the product name, or go to their homepage) — or to search the Web for solutions to your problem. First, not all manufacturers keep up with questions, here, because it’s mostly for other consumers’ feedback, and secondly, there are A LOT of variables/details necessary for someone responding to know, in order to answer your question. For instance, what OS are you using? What computer model are you using? Why your computer might be behaving as it is is largely dependent upon your OS, but your machine might also not support the size of the drive that you’re trying to install. If you’re going to DIY, it’s best to get ideas about how to install and run drives, etc., from YouTube videos, comment boards, and etc. — especially if you’re troubleshooting. “Can I get some help?” is also likely to get other consumers to help, because none of us owe you help, or anything...
