I work 10hrs a day in a furniture showroom, my work alone requires a lot of steps not less than 15k steps according to my step tracker, and my job requires also shifting and carrying sofas and other furnitures, so pretty much I'm worn put after duty but by taking these everyday it gives me some extra boost at the gym and I can stay there for an hour and half work out. With proper diet and calorie/macro tracking it helped me lose 11kgs in 3 months. I think it's an okay supplement.
