Been taking these Calcium & Magnesium tablets for a number of years. Brilliant value and help keep me healthy.

I've been advised by the doctor to take extra magnesium by calcium and these tablets provide those minerals in an optimal dose, along with other things that helps such as selenium and vitamin d. I'm pleased with the price compared to the competing products, and the fact that they are vegan. I hope their prices stay competitive.

Cheaper than most supplements. Some of which are over priced.

With these products it's very hard to judge if they work but if you believe they do than OK

This is the 2nd time im buying this product and i use it about 5times a week and I've been feeling well since using this product with other food supplements and vitamins and i also eandeavour to eat healthy. No lingering lethargic feeling especially around this time of the year(winter months), havent caught the flu either, fingers crossed. Just a general healthy feeling.

The first few days I took these tablets I suffered like you wouldn’t believe. The bottle says to take 2 tablets a day, so I took 2 tablets in the morning to help me recover from a workout (as I have done with other similar style tablets for years). I felt a bit funny in work before lunchtime came but didn’t think much of it. Rinse and repeat for the following few days, except the feeling kept getting more and more intense; I thought I was going to throw up for most of the 4th day so stopped taking these tablets and the feeling instantly eased up and then went away completely. I have started retaking the tablets BUT!!! Now I only take one in the morning and one in the evening and I no longer have the queezy feelings. The tabs are great for muscle recovery but the labelling really should be clearer. I’m continuing my subscription with these tablets.

Great supplements and the company’s mission is laudable! I’m glad to have discovered them.

I ordered this product as I wanted the more absorbable calcium citrate which this has plus added magnesium .Other reviews mention the size being big but they wernt as large as some other supplements & did not cause me a problem at all.Really impressed with the company & their ethics to.would highly recommend.
