I have been searching for a dietary supplement that is clean, organic, and rich in essential nutrients, without any added sugars or artificial colors and for sure this is the right one!. My son is an extremely finicky eater, throughout the days I have noticed a notable intake of different foods and enhancement in his immune system, particularly during the winter months. The supplement is easy to take, although the flavor is somewhat strong; However, he is able to tolerate it with a glass of water.

I’ve been using the MaryRuth Organics liposomal multivitamin for kids and overall I’m really happy with it. The biggest win for me is that my child actually takes it without complaining, which says a lot. It’s a liquid, so no fighting with pills or gummies that get chewed and spit out. I also like that it mixes easily into juice or can be taken straight, so it fits into our routine without stress. The flavor is pretty mild and kid-friendly—definitely not something they refuse. I also feel better knowing it has vitamins and nutrients in a form that’s supposed to absorb well (liposomal), so it feels like a higher-quality option compared to basic kids’ vitamins.

UPDATE: We will be lifelong customers of Mary Ruth. The company reached out to me personally offering a full refund, as well as requested the item lot # so they could remedy any possible issues that happened that caused both bottles to not be full. I'm so impressed with their kindness, and the fact that they so quickly stood by a customer and wanted to not only ensure their products were top quality moving forward. Very impressed. They really care about customer satisfaction and quality of their product. We love Mary Ruth products, it's all we've used for our kids for the past 7 years. HOWEVER. I could not be more disappointed in the two bottles we just received. They were maaayyyyybe 3/4 the way full, and that's being generous. There was so much empty space at the top, if not for them being sealed you'd think someone had already used a large portion of it. Normally we get the non organic but decided to switch since everything else we do in our home is non tox or organic, our vitamins should be too. I don't think the non organic bottle has ever come so empty, normally it's fairly full. We bought two of these on sale and truthfully it's not even worth the sale price considering how empty they were, so the full price is quite literally a scam. Super disappointed in Mary Ruth for this. This is not the Mary Ruth quality we have come to trust.

Purchased this because of the rave on social media, but my child found it to be too sweet.
