So, I’m 5.5 215 lbs. On reading some of the reviews. I decided to go with an XL. It was a little fitted but sucked it in and it zipped up. Didn’t feel tight or bothered me. I do go to the gym 5 days a week. Depending on the day, I do hard work out or light. When I first received it I did the stair master and let me tell you, I was dripping in sweat after 20 min. on the machine. I love this suit and definitely will be wearing for my workouts. Great quality, and comfortable not like I thought it was going to be. I will be buying a new one if I lose the weight. Highly recommended! Review: Get your normal size - I ordered an Xl based on customer reviews saying order larger than you should but it's way too big lol for reference im 5'7 about 210 and I like it its just not as snug as everyone says , id just recommend getting your normal size which for me would be a L

Makes you sweat for sure!
It’s great, just runs small in size. Definitely size up especially if you prefer to put it over a tank top/short but overall works great!
