This is a great product! I was reading how the military had used B3 (specifically the niacinamide form) after WWII to help soldiers with joint issues from shrapnel or other war injuries. The doses they used in the study were quite high, but the results, according to the soldiers, were just amazing. Apparently at a dose of 1000 mg three times a day, the soldiers reported having very little to no joint pain, after 3 months on the B3. So, I wanted to try them myself, just for the aches and pains that come with being 50. WOW, was I surprised by how well these worked for joint pain! The funny thing is, you don't notice it so much until you STOP taking the B3's. We ran out of our initial 3-month supply last week, and both my husband and I immediately noticed, after 2 days without these, how the joint pain came back in spades. Neither of us have arthritis (that we know of), but I have several bad areas of my spine that were causing me pain most days. When I was taking these faithfully 3 times a day, that pain was gone completely. Try this for pain if you want to get off of the OTHER pain relievers that have bad side effects (and they ALL have some) - we have not had a single bad side effect from this. The only thing these pills did was make us feel MUCH better, and MUCH younger and less achy. Give it a try!

I only took these for about 2 weeks with my lunch but stopped because my face was starting to get a lot of bumps and break out. I don't normally get break outs (I'm 42 yrs old now) and I didn't have an issue with acne as a teen but started breaking out on my cheeks after taking these. I stopped to see what happens and my face is clearing back up. I had bought these thinking these were the pills my husband's doc was recommended but it was something else. I decided to take these anyways and now have stopped due to the breakouts. I might try them again later down the road but as of right now I would not recommend them since I'm not prone to breakouts but it still caused me breakouts.

All I can say is…wow!!! I’ve been taking this for about a month and I have more energy and I’m also sleeping much better. I’ve struggled with insomnia for the past 20 years. So this feels like a miracle. I wish I had found this supplement years ago but I’m glad I found it now.

Recommended by my dermatologist to help with flushing after having to take steroids. It has worked great and I am continuing to take them every day.

Haven't used consistently so not sure how good it is but I'm sure it helps. There is no flushing.

Doesn’t say non flushing on the product so how am I supposed to believe it
