So far I feel great taking them .. has helped me by not feeling any cramps while I’m at work. Just means how much I needed to take magnesium.

Buen producto , siempre lo compro para mi esposo , tomar esto junto con el potasio regula muy bien la presión , mi esposo no toma medicamentos para la presión , solo toma magnesio y potasio antes de ir a dormir ,es muy bueno lo recomiendo .
