Now don't get me wrong I am only commenting about its 'sweetness'. The brand says it has only Stevia (a natural substitute to sugar) and no artificial or added sugar in it. It also tastes really good. The powder is completely mixable with water or milk and doesn't leave behind much granules or sediments. The results however are yet to be sought out and thus waiting patiently since its only been a few day I have started using the brand. Satisfied so far.
