Hiqufet Kitchen Faucet, Pull Down Sprayer, Matte Black

Bought as a replacement for the faucet that came with our camper. Easy install, looks great, very happy with the color and finish. We had purchased this same faucet with brushed nickel finish for our home kitchen, and we're very happy with it. The only knock is that the hot and cold positions are reversed; hot is away from you, cold is toward you. That's the opposite of our home faucet but it's no big deal. If you don't like it, reverse the water hookups. Otherwise, it works great and looks great.

Decent faucet, I like the style of it. However they forgot to include the "washer" that goes in the aerator causing us to fight an unknown leak with the help of chatgpt. I had to go to ace to buy a pack of o rings ..not washers fyi. It's somewhere between a size 1-11...get the variety pack for 5 bucks

Returning as it won't work w my granite countertop. The threaded mounting barely sticks through, I cannot catch the threads to tighten the faucet. Moen are 2.5 inch threaded flange, the deck height of this faucet is 1.5 keep this in mind when shopping for a faucet. The instructions show the rubber seal goes under the sink? Moen Delta American Standard all have the rubber seal sitting directly on the countertop, my concern is water sitting in the countertop hole perhaps dripping.

A picture of the water hose ends should be included in the product description. It says for a camper so I assumed the hose ends would be 1/2 inch and male. They were 3/8 and female. Camper hook up was 1/2 and female. Could have saved a headache had pictures of hose ends been included.

This Was a nice faucet. I originally purchased this in black matte 1 year ago and it ended up with several leaks and tears in the sprayer hose so I was outside of my return window, but I have to say as soon as I contacted manufacturer because it was still under 1 year warranty, but they replaced it. *****Unfortunately....update January 2026***** 6 months later the new replacement has sprung the same leaks in the Exact same spots. Several leaks and tears in sprayer hose just like the 1st one I originally ordered so clearly, this is a very poorly made product. The seller has refunded my money but it is important to note they have Not removed their listing from Amazon and who knows where else they are selling it. They are selling a defective product, they are aware of it And I informed them in writing that I was going to post this for other consuners and yet, continue to sell it. I have an issue with that so ..buyer beware. This is a terrible product. Buy one from home depot or lowes you are way better off.
