Godiva Chocolatier Assorted Chocolate Truffles Gift Box, Patisserie Dessert Truffles, 24 pc.

I can understand people's low rating if the truffles arrived broken or melted; but I thought the packaging was very protective and the temperature during shipping must have been fine as I received my box of 24 truffles in pristine condition. There is a lot of internal plastic and padding to protect the truffles and once I got the wrapping off I couldn't wait to dig in! I have tried 4 of the six flavors and can say my favorites are the Tiramisu and Creme Brulee flavors! I have also tried the Chocolate Lava Cake Black Forest Cake flavors which are also delicious! Remember that these truffles are supposed to emulate the cakes and pastries they are based on...the best examples of this are the Tiramisu and Creme Brulee truffles. When these are popped in the mouth, and you start chewing, the experience is like eating the real thing - with the Tiramisu you can almost feel the ladyfingers, the creme patisserie, the shaved chocolate, and the gritty espresso beans & with the Creme Brulee there's the creaminess of the custard mixed with the crunchiness of the caramelized sugar. Likewise, the Chocolate Lava Cake truffle has cake-y and smooth chocolate components while the Black Forest Cake has that strong raspberry tang perfectly proportioned with that deep chocolate ganache. For truffles in general these may be a bit pricey, but when compared to the cost and efforts of making/finding a genuine Black Forest Cake, Tiramisu, or Creme Brulee (when all you want is a bite or two) this assortment is perfect for getting the real taste at a reasonable price.

I first noticed this on my friends wishlist and I thought how Awesome what a great idea! Who doesn't love Chocolate Truffles...these are absolutely delicious! It was delivered very quickly and packaged extremely well for shipping. I have to say, these are the best Truffles I have ever tasted. With the holidays coming, this would be a perfect gift for anyone. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great gift for a family member/friend for the holidays. You could even purchase it for yourself as a gift like I did.

The packaging was beautiful, according to my step mom. It's their favorite chocolate and the truffles are their favorite so far. My dad said the flavors are amazing. I think 🤔 the price is still high. Godiva is the best chocolate to most of my family and they are worth it. (Update) I finally ordered me a box and they were delightful. Best chocolate ever. We have never had a problem with ordering these truffles or the 12 count box.

I ordered these for my wife's birthday, arriving the day of. They arrived on an extremely hot summer day with no problems. They came inside of an insulated box, with two very cold Godiva labeled ice packs. If anything they had to warm up a little before they could be eaten. She was very happy with the quality and flavoring of these truffles.

I bought these as a gift for my wife. She loves Godiva Truffles. However this time the delivery personleft them under a bench on our front porch that happened to be in the sun. Fortunately, I saw they had been delivered on my computer and retrieved them about an hour after the delivery. However, several were partially melted and the rest soft.I put them into the refrigerator and salvaged the gift although several were still stuck to the paper on the top. Had the delivery person placed them on the other side of the porch they would have been out of the sun and probably not began melting as fast. Conversely, if I had been out for the day I would have opened a box of completely melted truffles.Great idea but not the best looking Birthday gift that I had hoped for my wife.

This comes with a nice variety and not just one of each (3 of each) which makes it easier to share. Of course it is delicious because it is Godiva! I was concerned about the freshness when I ordered it but that concern disappeared after eating them. they were fresh and tasty

I have sent these to people for gifts multiple times, and everything time, I get great feedback!The only consideration I will pass along is that they can sit in a mailbox or outside and melt during the warm months. I make sure to only send to locations with cold or mild temps.

I bought this set of 24 truffles along with a set of 12 truffles at the same time. They both arrived on the same day (a week ago) and I stored them at work at room temperature. I bought them as birthday gifts. The 12 piece was perfectly fine, however, when my boyfriend opened these, they were partially melted and quite a few of them were stuck to the underside of the packaging..even more than it shows in the picture. Godiva truffles are worth the money for those who like them, however, I’m disappointed that I paid almost $50 for them and they are in this condition, especially since I bought them as a gift. They are non refundable so just be careful when purchasing this item.
