ダウンライトの電気の取り方をシガーのオスにしています。 ポータブル電源のシガーメスに刺すと正常に調光できるのですが、サブバッテリーからとっているシガーメスに刺すと一切調光出来なくつきっぱなしになってしまいます。 なぜなのでしょうか？
