Awesome Computer
This is one of the best computers I have purchased. It is very, very fast, and reliable.I enjoy playing WOW, and have no problems connecting and playing smoothly.I would definitely recommend this computer to any of my friends and family.

Computer is a beast and!
Currently using this PC for everything! It's powerful, fast, and the cable management done before hand makes upgrading the PC a breeze. So far it's killed any game that I've thrown at it, converting videos is a breeze, and it's been able to handle all the editing that I've thrown at it.A PC this great does run hot so keep that in mind when you're deciding where to place it. With the RGB fans this tower shouldn't be something you store away under your desk, it should be right beside you so you can bask in all that RGB glory!

Broken from day 1 Beware this used model type .
Arrived a day after prediction. Set up and installed a few programs and then tried to use the internet.Intermittently the screen would pixellate while surfing with horizontal lines on the screen and then lock up or reboot.Sometimes it would work ok for awhile but then same problem. It would also try to shut down while playing a game every 10 or 20 minutes but then blink back on again.Because of the decent price i decided to get a computer analyst to diagnose and fix.He says the digital hard drive was not allocated and the regular hard drive is corrupted and needs replacement and is repairing it.Video card was broken as well.No more Cyberpower junk for me.

Simply put, Garbage. Arrived missing GPU, memory and hard drives, wouldn't turn on.
Almost 4 week fiasco. Ordered it, waited a week with Prime...it Arrives with a 10 yr oldcrap video card instead of a 3080ti, 1 stick of old DVD type memory that wouldn't go in motherboard instead of DDR4 3600 x 32gb, missing 1Tb name m.2 drive, missing backup HDD and wouldn't even turn on. Report it to Cyberpower...not our problem. Report it to Amazon, send it back for refund, refund takes 3 weeks. About a month they had 2500+ of my money. I literally bought an entire replacement computer piece by piece, assembled it myself and was using it for 2 weeks before refund. Now, 5 weeks after refund Amazon still shows that my Refund is in progress...System is completely broken. Computer had to have been robbed at Cyberpower or at Amazon warehouse. Horrific experience as it took well over 15 hours of wasted time to get refund finally.

My scare was resolved quickly!
I haven't used a PC desktop in some time, and knew I was buying something that could keep up with both my digital art, and gaming habits. That said, everything set up like it should after some careful instruction reading. The only think I found confusing was the fact it came with quick install instructions for the msi hardware---which at first sent a panic in me, that I would be installing hardware. Luckily it's included, but not needed as it was already installed! Clarity on that is about the only thing I would improve for a non-hardware person like myself. So far she's running amazing---and handling all my bulky software and games like a champ. Love it!
