I have been using this product for around 2 years. I'm 65 years old and while I am not lacking hair on my head, it is thinning. I came across this in a sample set and was stuck how well it rinsed. I liked the scent, a soft men's mint certainly not overpowering and smelled natural not like a perfume. The next thing I noticed is my hair was clean. I mean CLEAN. I followed directions did the rinse repeat thing and the repeat was a rewarding overflow of rich suds. I bought the product. It is a bit pricey and with longer hair than most dudes I used it sparing but quickly found my hair properly cleaned and conditioned stayed cleaner longer and since it takes about the size of a nickel in your hand of product it lasts a surprisingly long time..around 2.5 to 3 months so the cost is actually not bad for a quality men's product. I like that it's American made as well as a men's product. I can pronounce all the natural ingredients names and with Amazon it has always been a flawless experience. The customer service team at Brickell is stellar and they do have great coupons a couple times a year but they don't work on Amazon itself. That said there are discounts on Amazon provided by Brickell itself in the price at times. I normally use a beard routine on my scruff but in a pinch or on the road to save room this product line works very smoothly and they have a beard oil that is seamless with this line. I am going to stay with this because I have tried a good number of other products and while many are adequate this works the best for me. It doesn't dry my hair out and it doesn't pull any color left and another HUGE plus is there is much less hair in the drain. Love this duo. Just a little bit does the trick. I have thick hair and shampoo easily works itself in leaving my hair with tingle like feeling. It then washes out easy enough leaving my hair feeling clean and restored. Conditioner is silky and smooth. It leaves my hair feeling light and refreshed. Definitely recommend these products to anyone looking for a high end hair feeling that will not break the bank.

I have been using Brickell products (Face wash, Face Moisturizer and Face Scrub) for years. Had a few samples of other things but they never stuck in my regular routine. I wanted to get a shampoo/conditioner to throw in my gym bag and after a sample of the shampoo, I thought I would give them both a try. Shampoo As stated, I had tried a sample in the past. It has a light mint scent, lathers well, and the part I like, rinses out without leaving my hair feeling stripped. I could just skip the conditioner if needed. The shampoo does what it should do, clean your hair and leave it ready for what ever comes next. Conditioner This is where I think the product shines. Again, a light mint scent that complements the shampoo. I leave this on while I wash and rinse last, just after I wash my face. So it is on maybe 5 -7 mins. Leaves my hair very soft, no fizziness, and easy to style. On other note on both. While I don't have much hair to begin with, I find I don't need much of each to get the job done. Maybe a dimes worth in my palm. Happy with my purchase and glad to see they match the other products I use in quality. If it is like the other Brickell products I use, I expect it to last a long time.

Definitely does what it claims to do. Hair feels cleaner and fuller. Great smells, great packaging, so you don’t get impersonated products. Little in the expensive side have used it for 30 days. Traditionally I have left my hair really short, but saying at home due to the pandemic, I have let my hair grow longer. I have been trying a bunch of different shampoos and looking for something to accomplish a few things. One, I want a shampoo that moisturizes, strengthens, and helps to stimulate the follicles for growth (or at least limiting hair loss). I cannot comment on if it is helping my scalp and follicles... that is hard to tell! Overall this shampoo and conditioner seem okay. By no means would I say they are bad or anything, but for the cost I was expecting a little more. One, I feel like I have to use quite a large amount of the product. The shampoo feels like it doesn't lather as much as others so I feel like I need more than I do with other products. Two, I don't feel like it is giving me the extra volume/thickness I was expecting. I have been using it about a month now so maybe it takes more time but I was hoping to start seeing something soon. Three, anything I have had with mint and/or tea tree have had a strong scent and tingling for my scalp. This may be completely cosmetic and have no actual affect, but I was expecting it to be more like other products. I would probably be happier with this product if it wasn't on the higher end of cost. It is not the most expensive product I have bought but it feels like it should be a little more for this price tag. I don't mind spending the money but I have higher expectations the higher the price!

I love this products, i am in my 50's and my hair was thinning and looking tired and dry, i started using the hair products and immediately felt and noticed the difference, i also purchased the Brickel Argan hair oil for thin hair and when you use all three products together you can see and feel the difference, my hair looks younger.

I bought this Shampoo and Conditioner set a couple of months ago and it has now become daily use for me, once in the morning before work and then after the gym in the evening. The effect on my hair has been great, my wife has commented on how it has become more soft and healthy, besides smelling great - but more of a natural smell instead of the strongly perfumed smells that some other shampoos and conditioners give you. Would definitely recommend to others!
