I have been using this chair for nearly two years and wanted to share my experience, especially regarding the service from the beAAtho team. The chair is very comfortable, and its quality is excellent—I use it every day for work. Recently, I encountered a minor issue that caused some discomfort, so I contacted the beAAtho team. They promptly provided a replacement part, which was easy to install myself. Now, chair is back to my comfort state.

This chair got broken without using within 8 months of purchase. Nothing happened to wheel but the seat from middle got automatically broken. if you sit and lean little back, then you will realise that the backrest portion is going back however the back lock is ON and it is not suppose to go back. For sure the inside quality material is worst. I would strongly suggest not to buy this chair. When it got broken for me i came here do check review and i see multiple people have given the same review that even their seat got broken within 8-9 months.

The BeAtho Oxford Executive Chair is a great choice in the budget segment. The design looks premium and enhances the overall workspace. The seat cushioning is soft and provides good comfort for medium working hours. Back support is decent, especially for regular office use. Installation was simple and didn’t require much effort. The height adjustment and tilt functions work well. However, it’s not a fully ergonomic chair, so for very long hours (8+ hours), additional back support may be needed. Overall, considering the price, it offers a good balance of comfort, looks, and value for money. Recommended for home office and moderate usage.

I have been using this chair from past 5 months and the comfort is good. But I have recently encountered problem and I have contacted the beAAtho team and they have been very supportive and responsive. They have sent a new replacement part and also helped in the self installation. After a good amount of time, they have voluntarily followed up on the feedback of the replacement. After looking at all the work they have done, I feel the team is very supportive and the product is also best for home use or office use.

I purchased a beAAtho chair in May 2025,after about 7 months of use,the hydraulic mechanism developed an issue . Since the chair was under warranty,I contacted customer support to request replacement of the part. I was genuinely impressed by their prompt response and the quick delivery of the replacement parts .With the help of the local handyman we were able to complete the repair without any difficulty.Truly appreciate the responsible and efficient service provided by beAAtho,and was reassuring to see them stand by its warranty commitment .Highly satisfied with the customer support experience.

Lovely product. Comfortable to use and quite affordable and the tilt and lift functions behave like a 20k chair. No noise at all and a toddler can put it together. The wheels are a bit messy but for the price it is more than worth it. Although the product itself is impressive, the manufacturer's support is even more so. Any defects are taken seriously and the customer service is dedicated and quite impressive. They instantly replace parts under warranty for any and all defects.

Chair quality is good but after 8 months of use, its hand support are totally damaged. I'm not able to contact with the seller to get it repaird. The chair is good but still waiting to get resolution on the repair.
