Eye patches dry due to no fluid
I would love to be able to use these patches but they came very dry. There didn’t seem to be any reason for the lack of liquid. Due to contracting COVID I didn’t realize the problem until too late for a return. Not sure if they patches are supposed to be dry but that is not how other patches I’ve received look.

Works!
I have been using this product each morning for a month and addicted to the moisture it gives my sleepy under eyes! Those wrinkles dissappear and I look refreshed.

Smells Like Faux Black Tea; Huge Hydrogel Patches; Fair Adhesion
The Patchology Serve Chilled Bubbly Eye Gels come in a flat plastic jar with 15 pairs of huge clear undereye hydrogel patches soaked in a syrupy brown essence, lid topped with a handy but unnecessary plastic spoon. The liner inside the jar keeps a good seal. I recommend making sure you press it down and screw the lid back on tight after each use to prolong the life of the remaining patches. They retail for ~$35 as of this writing, which is a hint high for a couple of weeks' worth of product, but whatever, they're lovely. To me, this mixture smells like black tea or what skincare makers want black tea to smell like and it doesn't linger. Otherwise, the "essence" they're swimming in is ok; ubiquitous ingredients and skin-friendly. I like the formulation, and it hasn't caused me any issues; isn't unpleasant or greasy. Users are instructed to wear these for 10-15 minutes or longer. I wouldn't recommend wearing them longer than the suggested wear time. Once the gels start to dry out, they'll begin to draw moisture from the skin instead of imparting said hydration. They're not meant to be worn overnight or for prolonged periods. The essence is glossing the surface of the hydrogels and will evaporate eventually.I'm not getting any effervescence from the product. Not sure if they're supposed to generate some foaming or bubbling sensation, but mine does not. Still, they are very soothing and mild on the Rosacea-prone skin along the tops of my cheeks. The patches are enormous. The gels cover the span from the base of my nose to just under my eyes and can be worn any way you like (per their little booklet). They have the standard under-eye piece swoop shape, comma-like, with one rounded wide end and the other narrowing to a point. The adhesion is ok. I recommend finding a sedentary activity like reading or watching tv, scrolling through your social media. Stationary and not talking or moving your face much. Else you'll be adjusting and repositioning the gels.No flares, breakouts, stickiness, or irritation. A hint of a residue, but it absorbs into the skin without much effort. I haven't tried it yet, but I have used similar eye patches, and sheet masks made of the same material and have placed them in the fridge for an added "cooling" bonus. I think these would work well, "served chilled." Just don't freeze them or place them in an especially cold zone in your fridge. The skin around the eyes is fragile, thin, and sensitive. You're looking to decrease the puffiness with a subtle cooling sensation, not cause frostbite.Overall, I am pleased with the use and quality.

Refreshing & Easy To Use▪️Skin Quickly Seems Firmer, Brighter, Hydrated▪️Light Fruity Scent
I use a variety of different Patchology eye gels regularly as they feel great and also provide me quick benefits in just 10 minutes. The Patchology Serve Chilled Bubbly Eye Gels are orange with little clear bubbles in the gels and come in a container of 15 pairs (30 gels) soaked in serum. These have a subtle fruity scent that’s pleasant and doesn’t bother me even though I can be sensitive to fragrance. I find the gels refreshing whether refrigerated or not, and I enjoy them so much when my eyes feel tired or anytime I want to take a break and relax. These are a quick way to get noticeable benefits so I like using them before I head out for the day or meet up friends or family. I feel like my eye area looks younger and refreshed after using a pair of gels. I notice that the serum hydrates my skin and makes it feel softer, look brighter and seem firmer. The gels have the skin soothing antioxidant Resveratrol, brightening ingredients such as niacinamide (vitamin B3), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and Morus nigra fruit, and ingredients to increase moisture, such as Centella asiatica and Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract. One thing I like about other Patchology eye gels is they have hyaluronic acid (HA) and also give me quick plumping that noticeably minimizes my fine lines for many hours. These have other coveted benefits and do feel hydrating, but they don’t appear to have HA. So when I also want that extra HA boost, I like to apply Patchology Roll Model Moisturizing Roll-On Eye Serum (or other HA product) and use these gels about 20 minutes later. These gels are easy to use and stay in place well, even when I turn them to cover problem areas. These don’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. Like these a lot. 4.5 stars. Made in Korea.

Good but expensive
Patchology Serve Chilled Bubbly Eye Gels with Niacinamide - Hydrating Under Eye Patches for Dark Circles, Puffy Eyes and Fine Lines - Best Treatment for Eye Bags and Puffiness (15 Pairs)I'm in general not a big fan of eye patches because I always feel like it's a waste vs. just putting something cold on your eyes. I popped these in my fridge, it comes with a little spoon and is pretty easy to lift one. It is very soupy - the inner lid contains leaks well though. Make sure your hands are clean, there's no way not to get stuff everywhere. The pads themselves are thin clear tadpole shaped - if it's too slimy, it will slide down your face. i had one side constantly slipping down until it dried out a little more and my skin absorbed some slime. It does feel nice and cool, and once it sticks, you kinda forget it's there. Set a timer, cause if you leave it on too long, it does shrivel up and I wonder if it's actually dehydrating your skin...I will admit that of all the eye patches I've tried, I saw the most improvement from these, not sure if it's due to the goop or it being in the fridge. It has a pleasant strong green tea smell. Idk why it's called 'bubbly' there are no bubbles whatsoever. The gel pad feels cool for a while, and the goop absorbs well. I do think that my under eye felt hydrated long after (I didn't remove any excess slime), and the refrigerated gel did feel refreshing, and MAYBE depuffed a little.Even if I saw the most improvement from these eye patches, they average around $2 a pair, which I would pay for before a big event like a photoshoot or wedding, but I'm not sure I'd pay $2 everyday.
