Like It But It Runs Small

I picked this up for a 10-year-old that needed a vintage undercover-look costume. The hat is nice and it worked well for that purpose, but it barely fit on their head- it was a serious squeeze. For that reason, I removed a star. I have a feeling this won’t suit most adults with normal-sized heads.
