Would these runway pieces work for 1:400 scale planes?

These runway pieces or 3.875" wide. That would be quite huge compared to a 1:400 scale. By comparison, an A-10 Thunderbolt with a 57' wingspan would be modeled with only a 1.71" wingspan. The Hot Wings planes vary in scale from one model to another but the average wingspan of the models is about 4"

Where can the straight runway pieces be purchased?

We carry them but have been repeatedly shorted on stock due to Chinese imports. The best we can do is place an order and we'll ship when we get them. They're on backorder for several months until we actually get the order and have our greasy fingers on the product.
