The Apple dongle snaps on securely and it definitely doesn't feel like it's going anywhere. Personally, I wouldn't recommended keeping it on your key chain, especially if you have a lot of keys, like me. This is for the sake of the dongle, not the Dongle Dangler. It feels like an accident waiting to happen, that one day I'll pull out my keys and discover that the thin wire has been sliced. Instead, I've put my Dongle Dangler on a secondary key ring, that I have attached to my wallet.
