## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this battery lithium ion or lithium polymer?**
A: I believe it is a lithium ion battery and I was able to carry it on the plane to and from Hawaii.

**Q: Does this allow passthrough charging?**
A: Sort of.  The SuperTank Pro supports basic passthrough charging, but not UPS passthrough charging (uninterruptible).  When the SuperTank Pro connects and disconnects from the charger input, it will temporarily stop providing output power for 1-2 seconds.  That shouldn't be a problem if all of your devices have their own internal batteries, but this will cause any battery-less device to turn off during power transitions.  The original SuperTank supported UPS passthrough charging.

**Q: Does it come with a 100W power adaptor to charge it?**
A: No. It charges directly through a USB-C cable. You might need a AC/DC adapter. I have the Zendure USB-C cable connected to a INVZI 100W USB C Multiport Charger that connects to AC/DC.

**Q: Do you need to buy a charing device to charge this**
A: It does not come with a charger so if you do not already have one, you will need to buy one.  One with up to 100 watts output will make charging faster of course.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ works ok - not as good as the previous generation

This is very strange - I have the previous zendure with the same capasity, and it litterally keep my iPad running longer.. not sure what the difference is. The new one - this one - is beefier / thicker, and feels heavier, I suspect they changes chemistry in the batteries, probably to last longer in general, however strangely it seems to deliver a little maybe 10% less power. The other nikkle is the display wich is not readable in sunshine, and require a hand cupped to check remaining power. the previous model could be read easily, but did not provide as much information as this one do. Still - I have had great success with Zendure products and use these for navigation applications, zendure is probably some of the most reliable packs I have used, so inspite of the changes, will continue buying these.
