I have several older Hitachi cordless tools- two circular saws, and a grinder. They're nothing fancy but are great to leave in my truck tool box for a quick cut at the lumber yard etc. They have been out of service for several years since the original batteries won't charge. These new batteries seem great- I haven't pushed them hard, so the longevity remains to be seen. I'll update if anything changes but for the price, if they last a couple years, they're an amazing deal.

I bought these in 2023 and they lasted maybe 5 charges and never worked again. They aren’t worth the money!

I bought this 2 pack between three and four years ago. Although they have held up well and still maintain an acceptable charge in a daily use environment the latching is very poor in the 3 tools I use daily, drill, 1/4 impact driver and angle grinder. The original battery still locks in place.
