Bad lid
The lid doesn’t fit well. When I take a drink, it leaks and the mouthpiece cover hits me in the face. Doesn’t snap in place.

It Leaks
I bought two of these for my wife, one with cats and one with penguins. The look of these cups is good and she liked them until we used them. Both of them leak which defeats the purpose of getting them. I brew her a cup of coffee to take to work in the morning and a leaking mug in her backpack is not a good way to start the morning. If the cups did not leak, my review would be much higher.

This is not leak proof.
The design is a little cheap looking. I wouldn’t have minded it so much if the cup was at least leakproof, but it leaks right at the hinge. Disappointing.

Not worth the value for the price. It says insulated but does not keep anything hot. It's just a beautiful design which is not enough.

Cheap, small and not as shown
This mug has a seem along the side which is very visible and doesn't line up the patten. It's smaller than I thought it would be and is cheap and not made well. This item is overpriced and not what is shown at all.
