Great value and product.
These pickled sausage are the same ones you find in gas stations and truck stops for much higher prices. These are just slightly spicy so you get a small tingle of heat. They are individually wrapped with the sour slightly spicy red vinegar to retain moisture. The texture is firm and not mushy, I feel these are higher quality Tham some of the other brands. If you want more heat/spice, buy the Tijuana Mama pickled sausage as the Big Mamma pickled sausages are the milder variant.

Great snack to have on hand
Try and keep these on hand for a snack when on the go. Work great for when in the outdoors. Good flavor with a little heat, will be too spicy for some. Always fresh and tender

Instead of my husband stopping at the gas station for these all the time I bought these and they saved us money and he loves these as a snack since he is diabetic.

Tasty and addictive snack
These are a great snack for road trips or hiking. I’m sure they are not the healthiest option but they sure are addictive! Even my wife who is very particular about man/bar/ type snacks loves them. This was a great deal as we finished one box in about a week (my cholesterol prescription manufacture loves me). Cons: One about of about 5 a more dry than others. They could have had more pre-packages juice in the wrapper to keep moist. They could have been a bit hotter/spicier as these had flavor but not spicy at all (this is why my wife likes them).
