No 1.3 adc means 1300 milliamp required , so current is only half of what is needed Also driving voltage maximum on your spec is 26 vdc while the Chanson will push up to 34v You need 1.3 amp x26v max =33.8 watts ( 14W rating would be 10.7 volts) 1.3 adc =1300ma Chanson will only allow .6 amp at 34v ( current is held steady and voltage regulated to maintain constant rated current) So voltage too high and only half needed current None on this page matches , search for 1300ma , 11-26volts rated supply

300ma is good for one 6watt total. 600ma would be minimum for three 4watt. 1000ma would be better so power supply is not working so hard.
