Long Dry Time, Worth the Wait
Great product. The dry time is extremely long, but worth the wait. This product will remain workable for over an hour like it just came out of the tube, and will remain un-dried long enough to still tack onto a finger with a very light touch even 18+ hours later. Allow a full 48+ hours before expecting any real cureing. After it does cure though, it has outstanding adhesion, stretch-ability, and remains rubbery. Paints well.

Easy to apply.
This flows out of the tube a lot like silicone only smoother. It doesn't sag like a lot of other polyurethane sealants. It bonded very well and seems durable and remains flexible. Time will tell how it holds up.

This is a great product, long-lasting, easy to apply, and we are using it on our beautiful 1904 building because it matches well.

Complete, long lasting protection.
Used to seal outdoor door thresh holds and frames. Sticks to the wood and concrete/stone surfaces. Don't waste time and energy with silicone caulk if you want a long lasting solid seal. Get polyurethane caulk. (I haven't had to try removing it yet for a new application, but it is probably harder to dig out than old silicone.)

Received used product
This is literally the first time that ever happened to me but I received both cartridges with tips cut off and about an inch of tube used. Returning the product and my project is now delayed.
