The best Mouse ever
You will never go back to the old flat mouse again. Reviewing it after using the product for 32 months and it still works like a charm. No issues et all.I came here to buy one more for a colleague

Product as described, well packed, roller failed after 10 months
Perfect ergo mouse... Balanced angle between a regular horizontal one and new vertical ones. Button clicks and access are good. Slight lag in mouse and scroll .. there are 3 speed options for cursor movement selection .Roller failed after 10 months

returned because of Old and used was sent to me.
After reading all the reviews I ordered this mouse, but the one shipped to me was older and used one may be one of the returned one.Just as it is, I have returned and got the refund.its good the refund was processed immediately; but my point is why to make a try to sale older items.Seems un ethical.

Battery does not last as mentioned.
Mouse looks premium, but battery weakens so fast that the receiver fails to detect properly. When battery changed, again functions well but drains battery sooner again. Causing same problem again.Update : The device performs as expected after the sensor hindrance is minimized. So now the rating is updated to 5 stars.

Cell and Equipment to be Kept Seperate
Please dont keep the cell inserted in the mouse. It gets oxidized due to prolonged storage and equipment may malfunction

Most comfortable on the hand
I really like the way it fits on my hand. The only problem is that the earlier one conked off in 2 years so I had to buy a new one.

Sturdy, smooth, heavy. Takes some getting used to.
There was no outer Amazon cardboard box in the package, only a polythene wrap which was not sealed. Nonetheless, the package itself seemed unharmed. The box of the mouse was sealed and the seal wasn't tampered with.The box held single mouse with a sealed Duracell battery within it. There was no instruction manual or warranty card within it.The mouse is BIG. The biggest mouse I've used ever. You can see the difference in size between this mouse and my previous Dell mouse.The mouse is also quite heavy, but it is quite reactive on the mouse pad.The feel of the mouse takes some getting used to, as I haven't used a vertical mouse before, but my hand does feel more rested.The side buttons could have been a bit lower in position. But I guess I'll get used to it too.The mouse is very silent, the clicks have a soothing feel to them.Seems worth the buy. Time will only tell.Shall update some time later after proper use.

Move to vertical mouse before your wrist complains
Great mouse.. purchased both art and glide. So good that others at home also switched to this. Don't wait for wrist pain, take care of it before pain starts.Second purchase I did from livetech website directly. It's 2/3 of price here.
