They nailed this one quite well. Slightly odd nose, but the taste on it just works, IMHO
Similar nose to the Lyre's Agave Blanco with agave, hint of mint, maybe banana and that slightly odd smell, almost chemical, like dish soap, which can be just a bit off-putting (though not in too bad of a way and, to be fair here, alcohol smells rather chemical, so it's interesting to find here in that sense!) Neat it's it is quite similar to the nose but less off-putting as the odd chemical smell tones down a lot and adds in a peppery burn. Interestingly different from the Ritual product's burn, most similar to an alcohol burn in a way in that it doesn't just occur in the mouth or back of the throat but warms down the throat as well in a nice way. Very surprising, that. There is a hint of tartness with a bit of smokiness and "smoother" in the finish than the Agave Blanco. I'm rather blown away but these. Really, really interesting. In a margarita this one seems to keep more of the agave than the Blanco with that hint of smokiness, and that nice warmth still there. The agave character is not quite as good as with Ritual but even so, overall, this has to be my favorite of the alternatives I've tried so far. Although, honestly, I think the best so far is to actually go mix this and Ritual!

Not even close!
This product has a unique flavor but certainly does NOT resemble tequila, spirits, or anything other than a watered down herbal liqueur. Not worth the money and is not advertised accurately.Huge disappointment, only decent when added for its unique taste. However, when having it straight, it tastes watered down like they should have concentrated it by at least 50%.No bueno!!

Really good for NA tequila
I loved this stuff. I made NA margaritas and they were great. I would even drink this over ice. I felt there was a strong ginger flavor that gave it a nice strong taste. My partner was not impressed so maybe the flavor is not for everyone.

Mixable to other drinks
I bought a second one for myself this time. First one was a recommended gift to a party i went to which we drank. Flavor was great as is, but my wife’s friends mixed it in a fruity low alcohol mix drink and became even more great! 5* all around!

Fools no one
Lyles packaging is beautiful, but as far as n/a spirits are concerned, I was disappointed with this purchase after hearing raves online. Making a margarita with this, I could barely taste the ingredient. Stick with a more peppery n/a tequila like Ritual for more bite.

Dreadful!
We tried this for margaritas. It smells bad, like a petroleum product and tastes worse. It leaves an after taste of artificial sweetener that is positively ghastly! RUN!

Taste is good.
Makes a good margarita.

The ads say it.....best in a mocktail
This is definitely better in a mocktail...as clearly indicated on the description. Even then, it still needs something to make it even near reminiscent of Tequila. Also, too high of a price point for what is effectively flavored water.

Ob pur oder im Cocktail leider schmeckt er nicht.

Weak flavoured water
Rubbish. Bought to substitute half of the tequila in picante cocktails, so I don’t get drunk too quickly. Not worth the money, the taste is ok, but so weak as to be pointless. Finished the bottle and moved on to adding a bit of water and slightly more agave syrup and couldn’t tell a difference. Save your money.
