## Description

Black Girls Swim caps are made of 100% silicone. The caps can be used for swimming and other water activities, including showering. Sharp objects should not be used in the hair with these caps as they may tear. Do not pull the caps over your eyes, nose or mouth. Instructions: Pull hair up into a bun in the back center of the head. Use both hands with palms facing each other to expand the opening of the cap pulling over hair and onto head. Cap can be pulled over ears and nape of neck to cover all hair. Once the cap is on, press any excess air out of the cap for swimming.

Good fit with BraidsCap is well made and fits snugly around head.  Keeps long hair and braids from getting soaked when swimming.  Granddaughter likes the cap.

I purchased this for my daughters who both have locks (ages 7 and 11) shoulder length or longer and the caps do not work at all for them.  I took the cap off and my daughters cap was full of water, hair soaking wet.  My locs are to past my waist and it would probably work better for me, haven't tried it for me as I have a different swim cap that works perfectly.
