Buy it!! Omega 3
Apparently, I haven't researched. It has everything you want in omega-3.. I wish the price would be a little lower, but I love the product. When I do my research, I'll see if I wanna continue on buying it for that price that I I trust the doctor that says it'll break through some barrier in the brain so I'm using it until I can do research on it buy it there's a lot of bad stuff out there, but I think this is one of the good ones.

Huge pills, very pricey, not sure if it helps with inflammation too early to tell My advice drink some water first coat your throat before taking a capsule or break it open put it into smaller capsules ..

This product does what it says it will do. I’ve been taking it as directed once in the morning once at night every day. I’m breast feeding and I trust that this fish oil is good for us. Take this daily! Big, but smooth and easy to swallow. There is no smell and no taste, use the best ingredients.

I like these much better than the ones I used to take, and I believe they're good quality. There's virtually no odor, and no unpleasant aftertaste.

Disappointed
I was excited to finally try Dr. Amen’s supplements, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The capsules are much too large to swallow comfortably, and I struggled with the risk of choking. I even tried opening the capsule, but it just didn’t work out for me. Usually, omega-3 supplements provide a noticeable benefit for focus, but I didn’t experience any improvement with this product. Compared to Nordic Naturals, which I’ve had great experiences with, this product fell short in both ease of use and effectiveness for focus.
