**Q: Where can I plug-in Bluetooth receiver? To play sounds/music loops from smart phone ?**
A: Hi, Denon DJ support here! We recommend connecting Alto Professional's Bluetooth Total receiver to the XLR mic input located on the top panel of your X1850 Prime mixer!

**Q: does it control virtual dj software?**
A: Sorry for the late advice. It absolutely does. In fact, I found it more integrated than I expected. I came from a Reloop analog mixer with external Denon interface but when I introduced this with the built-in interface, I found the cross-fader, channel levels and I think EQ to be fully integrated into like functions within VDJ. Latency undetectable. I think some of the affects integrate as well. Anything not integrated will be part of the post-interface analog bus. If you chose to switch from DVE to, say, phono, you lose nothing. All features then become analog directly controlled by the mixer. Worth noting that I love this mixer! I think you will feel the same way. Solid with great features. Good luck!

**Q: How this mixer works with serato dvs?**

This mixer is well built and happened to arrive with the most recent firmware when I ordered it.I appreciate the build quality, the sweep and bpm effects, and it plays nice transitioning seamlessly between vinyl, Phase DVS, etc in VDJ and Serato.I have turntables and have not paired any Denon prime media players to the x1850, so I can’t speak on that. I also haven’t had the need to use Engine, so I can’t speak on that either.This isn’t a cheap mixer. But if you compare it in price to Pioneer’s flagship 4-channel DJ mixer, I would say it’s of equal value at significantly less cost. It has the ability to send/ return for external effects, it has 2-quality Mic inputs, a user replaceable crossfader, and it sounds excellent to my ears.The cons are: you have to pay to upgrade to Serato dj club kit to unlock Serato dj pro DVS, but for me it was worth it.If you want to use Phase DVS but not use Serato, the mixer is recognized and Phase works in VDJ as well and probably Engine, DJay Pro, etc if you mess around in settings.Sometimes auto bpm has trouble detecting bpm from vinyl (analog source), but you can just tap it in.All in all a great value, professional quality mixer that should last you (me) a long long time.

### ⭐ Most important feature for me is buggy and there is no support

The mixer is OK. The look and feel are good, but I bought it mainly to take advantage of the output limiter, which doesn't work for the USB output (Denon does not say that in the ads and documentation). It works only for the analog output. I've tried to reach out to Denon Support, but "Mixer" is not a product category available in the website form, so I can't send them a question about the product. Sent an email to the only address available on the Support page and had no reply. Am definitely considering returning it and buying a Pioneer, which I know has this feature working for USB (and very well, BTW).
