They aren't listed on this page.** A: Amazon shows I've ordered this 29 times over the years. Only in the past 9 months have they started sending me the wrong product. Unfortunately, it has the same UPC as the product I order. What I want and used to receive has "Sweet ground chocolate" as the first ingredient, but starting this year, I've been received a similar, but not nearly as good, product that lists sugar as the first ingredient. The label is different (white writing, for one thing) but the UPC code is now the same. You can look at the 2 products yourself. Amazon sells one for $19 or so and the other for $23 or so but in the last 8 months what I have received is the white lettering product with sugar as the first ingredient. This despite the fact it isn't what I ordered. I have talked to numerous Amazon reps about this and the last one figured out the same UPC issue but it is infuriating that they continue to show the wrong product on their website and people like me, who look at the image of the ingredients, think they are ordering what they've always ordered, but that's not what they get. Don't buy this unless you want something that is more sugar than chocolate. And, Amazon, if you read this, how about fixing your false advertising. Hmm, that gives me an idea. I think I'll complain to the FTC about your false advertising. Maybe then you'll take this product off your website. **Q: How many 8 oz. cups of beverage can you make from the 48 oz. can?** A: The can I have "Ghirardelli Chocolate Frappe" is 50 oz and the instructions are for "specialty coffee retailers." There are instructions for three 16oz drinks listed on the back (plain, espresso & coffee frappe) all using 4oz of the mix. So if you want 8oz instead of 4 you'd use half (2 ounces) and get 25 drinks. **Q: Is there ANY caffeine in this? I have severe caffeine allergy, but love white chocolate.** A: There is also, according to the label, no actual cocao in this product. It's just a highly Sweetened non-dairy creamer. No actual white chocolate. **Q: How many servings is this?** A: It depends on what you are using it for. I use it both as an addition to my coffee in the morning, but also for baking. I use it to make a mocha coffee, using about 1 (one) TABLEspoon per big mug. The recommended individual serving is 3 tablespoons. That would be an awful lot of cocoa in a cup of coffee. But it might be a reasonable amount if you are, in fact, making hot chocolate with milk. It takes us a very long time to get through a 10 lb box. Once I receive the box, I open it up and divide the box into a bunch of different serving sizes. I keep a container that holds a bit over one pound ready to hand. I have a vacuum sealer, so I will portion out the contents of the 10 lb box into smaller units. This way, the cocoa stays fresh longer – and I'm not having to dig into the whole box every time I want to replenish my smaller supply. It just makes it easier. The price has increased over the past year, but that seems to be true with most things. It is a far lower price than retail and the flavor is so much richer than the standard chocolate powders in the common supermarkets. In response to those who complained about the box containing a plastic bag with the plastic tie as the only closure, what do you expect from bulk purchases? How do you think restaurants receive their bulk goods? It is something to be expected and I have no fear of contamination since it comes directly from the factory. I am quite happy with my purchase. This is real chocolate that must be mixed into milk...not water, as it does not contain powdered milk or artificial oily milk substitutes. I don't buy those as I like my chocolate made with real milk. This powder does not dissolve quickly in cold milk, but I make a syrup of it (1 part water to 1-2 parts chocolate powder) and keep a small jar of it in the fridge for summer days when I crave some cold chocolate milk. This is a good all purpose chocolate powder and can be used for baking when a sweetened chocolate powder is called for. When I want truly gourmet hot chocolate for special occasions, I dissolve pieces of dark solid chocolate in hot milk and whisk vigorously while heating the milk on the stove. For normal use, Ghirardelli's is great. I did check the weight of my product and it was a full 10 pounds.
