Tastes great
As someone who uses scallion tops and tries to keep them growing, I can say I'm happy to be rid of them. This product is great to use on most things. I even shake it on top of my pizza before baking. I had no reaction so far and am most grateful that it lacks sodium. My scrambled eggs are flavorful. Salads are happy, although I miss the texture of fresh scallion tops. I've been using the bottle for three weeks now and there is plenty left. Good vlaue.

Has a great onion flavor
It tastes quite good. A little goes a long way. It's a little pricey. But if helps hold my IBS flair ups at bay, it will be worth every penny. I also purchased the garlic scape powder. I haven't had a chance to try it as yet. I will review it when I do.

Very Good Spice
I love this green onion tops spice! I completely quit using regular onions because they upset my stomach. This spice gives great flavor and I don’t miss regular onions!

Tasty but expensive
I love this item. But $24 for a bottle of spice is too much. Otherwise, I would rate it a 5. Great for histamine or FodMap issues.

Good product
For those who can't eat regular onions, this is a great product I'm grateful for to season my food. I think the flavor is great. It's a little pricey but not much competition for that product.

Good Onion Powder Substitute
I'm on a migraine food elimination diet and onions are on that list. I cook a lot with onions and onion powder. Tried this at it is a perfect substitition.

packaging was questionable
unfortunately is one of those reviews that’s not about the product but about how it arrived. Just received the order and when I went to open the bottle the first thing I noticed was that the white lid was crooked and not properly seated on the jar, even under the clear plastic seal around it, which looked intact. Made me a little suspicious but I thought it maybe happened in processing. When I removed the seal and took the lid off, the plastic shaker cap AND the ‘sealed for your protection’ seal were already loose and not even attached to the bottle! The seal was bent, like someone had already pried it up. You know I usually have to get a knife to get those seals off. Not this one, just sitting on top. NOPE, not eating it. Looked used tbh. The green onion powder itself looked good; vibrant with a nice oniony odor. But beware: this item isn’t cheap ($27!) and CANNOT BE RETURNED so buy at your own risk. I dont think I’ll try ordering again.
