Al dormir se aplastan contra mi oido y a veces me llega a doler un poco el oido al despertar, soy sensible así que tal vez sea personal. Fuera de eso son extremadamente buenos.

The earplugs are soft and comfortable enough for short use, and they do reduce noise a bit. However, they don’t block out as much sound as I expected that especially for sleeping in noisy environments. They also tend to lose their shape after a few uses, so they don’t stay in as snugly as at first. Overall, they work fine for travel or light noise, but not ideal if you’re a light sleeper or need strong noise isolation.

Love these plugs. I wear them nightly. Nice comfortable fit and makes me have great sleep quality.
