Q: How secure is the apple watch in the clip? I'm doing ocean swimming

It is surprisingly secure. Ive also come to use the headset with the watch bands on my wrist and not holstered in the clip so I can see stats and manipulate controls more easily

Q: Why do I loose signal 1/2 way down the lap?

You have likely paired your Interval with the phone and not the watch! If you are not using the watch - and want to use your phone - put the phone half way on the lane to improve the range. For more support - please email H2O Audio: support@h2oaudio.com

Q: Does this connect Bluetooth to my Android phone? How well does it work for swimming laps?

I'm pretty sure it connects to any bluetooth, I have an iphone. The older model worked great, but the newer one I had to replace it with, doesn't work more than 10 meters for me. I swim laps in a 25m pool, so it's pretty useless.

Q: The headphones work well but it’s not tracking my laps on the app, what am I doing wrong?
