Is this sharp enough and robust enough to sharper the hard plastic type of eye liner pencils (not wood) it's a very hard substance.

I only use it to sharpen wooden make up pencils (it does a great job) so I don't know. Sorry

Does this work for Jumbo pencils like Nyx eyeliners and Nars lip pencils?

Normal standard pencils such as eyeliner are ok, but I do not think it accommodates jumbo pencils
