It's a very simple gadget...it maintains the ideal temperature for setting curd. You don't need to warm the milk to the desired temperature because the gadget will do it for you.

Very good product. Perfect curd with normal mother dairy cow milk. Only thing is once you start using this product continuously you will get to know what should be the temperature of the milk, how many hours is required, howuch qty of curd to mix at different seasons. But it is good. I have been using this everyday and not a single day the quality is compromised.

I am wondering how such items get positive reviews. This is just a steel bowl in a plastic bowl, which pretends to keep warm, but to no avail. Tested the product few times. Waste of time and money.

Sad indeed-poor result for solid Dahi. Only all liquid which is totally unfit for Dahi products.
