I really like the size and shape of these lights. The brightness is very intense and adjustable. Happy with the lights. The issue I have is with how they mount onto the stands. The stands were not built for the lights - they are generic stands that have been placed with the lights and are a so so fit. So that means that when you slip the lights over the metal mount onto the stand, it is not a perfect fit. It wobbles. You can only tighten the bolts so much. The screw mount has an indentation in it, so you cannot fully stabilize it. If you try to pick the lights up by the light, it could fall off. Pick it up by the stand. Also, the stands DO NOT support the weight of the lights if you have them higher than about 3 feet tall. They will fall over. If you adjust the lights so they are not straight up and down but are at say a 45 degree angle, they will most definitely fall down. I would suggest putting sand bags on the stands, and then you will be fine. So if you weigh it down and also pick it up by the stand when moving it, it will be functional. Again, I love the shape and size of the lights and the brightness of the led bulbs is great.

Decent lights for the price but the build quality warrants caution when handling. The wire insulation is really cheap so be sure to avoid ANY tension on it as it will easily tear. I had to position the light at a distance from the wall socket for a project and the insulation tore exposing the wires. I personally view the stands as an added bonus but they are trash; either use sandbags or better quality stands to avoid falls. Otherwise, strong light that is great as fill light and back light.

I love them! They add enough light to fill and cast shadows exactly where I want them too. They are very portable and come with a case (not shown) and have a dimmer switch on top of that. I will order more and have already recommended to my friends.

I have had them about 2-3 weeks and got the chance to use them last night for a boudoir shoot. Love them. Nice even light displacement. Lot easier to setup in cramped areas. Only wish I could turn them on their side axis as well. But a ball joint will take care of that.I would highly recommend them. Thinking of buying another set to replace an old soft box set.
