My grandsons are all now strapping big young men who regularly gather together to enjoy athletic endeavors. They love playing disc golf, football, soccer, etc.I ordered this HX AURIZE Reaction Speed and Agility Training Pre-Match Warmed-Up Tool just to see what they would do with it. The answer seems to be diving, leaping, tackling, and general hilarity!Basically, they toss it high and long and call out a color. The other team has a designated player who must catch it by the called color, and from then their invented rules get a bit complicated!

Do not play at close range lol really fun to play with. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Pick a color and toss, try and catch each color.
