I am short sighted and need increase the fonts. I mean i think any normal person would need to increase the font size, but it only come in 1920*1080 resolution for a 13.5 inch screen.. That's very very small.However I contacted the support directly and they where so slow and not solution oriented at all. I had to ask multiple times before i got answers.I highly recommend to buy somewhere else and stay away not only because of the product but also because od the customer service.

I am used to a dual monitor set up at my home office, and I missed it when working elsewhere (e.g. Starbucks, hotel). I got this dual monitor extender in 2021 and it has been a game changer. It is the size of my laptop monitor and I can extend my screen, just like normal. I am regularly approached by others who are excited by it and want to know how to get one.Set up is easy with a USB-C plug and spring-loaded closure to connect to the laptop screen. It includes an adjustable leg to mirror the angle of the the laptop screen. Definitely recommend!

I purchased this monitor in April 2022. I was reclassified as a home based employee and hated being tied to my desk. I selected this monitor due to price, 2 line or 1 line connection (work computer did not have usb-c port), and no software download (not permitted to download non- employer software.). I was a bit concerned about the size of the screen but quickly forgot about that. This is now my preferred second monitor even when in my office. The screen is easy to read and adjust. It is plug in and use easy. I initially was using the 2 line connection but received a new work laptop that had usb-c ports. I needed a new usb-c to usb-c cord so I contacted the seller. I received a response to my Amazon message within 2 hours and a few days later had the cord in my hands. Amazing customer service.If you are on the fence, I say go for it. I have used this monitor for 14 months without any issues. It works great and the seller was very responsive.

I know everyone always says this, but I really mean it when I say, "I don't leave reviews often."Very rarely, in fact.I am leaving this review today because of an excellent experience I had with the Alecewey Customer Service Department over a YEAR after my purchase.Before I get into that, I do want to share my general review.The good:- Two screens connected to your laptop - that's awesome!- Excellent quality- Mine came with a fancy, padded case- High durability - I've been using this device daily for over a year, dropped it and transported it numerous times, and it works and looks perfectly fine- One single USB-C cable is all that's necessary to power & display both monitors (with my particular laptop model) - this is better than the competitorsThe bad:- I wish the screens came inward a bit more, but this is not a deal-breaker- I wish the device was designed such that the screens "slide into" the back of the device instead of "fold into" the back; sliding would mean that the laptop could be safely closed with the device attached to it, but in the current design, the device must be taken off the laptop in order to transport it safely. This is a bit of a hit to the convenience factor, but certainly not a deal-breaker.- I wish the screens were bigger; bigger is always better, ya know? Again, not a deal-breaker.Notice that the "bad" list is all "wishes" - that's because the product itself, as designed, and as marketed, is perfectly adequate. That's partly why my review is 5 stars - it earned those 5 stars.But the other part is the customer service experience:The right side of my device had a strange issue - Excel gridlines didn't show on it. They showed on my laptop screen, and they showed on the left side... just not the right side. It was infuriating because it seemed like such a strange problem that didn't make any logical sense.After weeks of messing around myself trying to fix it, and even talking to some people online about it, I figured I'd try to hunt down the manufacturer and ask them.So, I found an email address for Alecewey, and I did just that.They responded WITHIN MINUTES of my initial email. Then as we discussed the problem, their responses were still prompt the entire time. After sending them a video of the problem, they sent a suggested solution back within 4 hours after letting their developers evaluate the problem.And it worked!I am impressed that after more than a year from the time I purchased it, and even after undergoing an apparent company/name switch (when I bought it, it was an OFIYAA device, but now it's Alecewey?) they still responded and ultimately fixed the issue I had.I have to say, I did NOT expect that.So, if this device, as designed, is exactly what you want, then definitely buy it. But if the wishes in my "bad" category would be deal-breakers to you, then don't, and find a different product. But if you get this product, I assure you that if it's what you want, you will be satisfied and well taken care of.

Why is it taking so long to refund me prevents me from ordering replacement very disappointed.

This purchase was an absolute game changer and may have been my most impactful purchase of the year in terms of efficiency, productivity, and convenience. Working off a 14" HP G6 Elitebook (this works for any 13"-17" laptop) from home to finish up odds and ends from work at the office, I guess I never realized how having additional monitors can have. I have 2 large monitors at work and it's been something I guess I took for granted. But now that I have 2 additional monitors at home that's compact, portable, and installable in seconds, I've actually looked forward to finishing my work at home because it's that much easier. The 11.6" screens are much smaller though so you have to get used to that aspect, but relative to my already smaller laptop the adjunct screens are just fine. I've seen people knock the screen size, but it's clear from the picture and the product specs that it's expected. Pros: I appreciated the packaging came with all the necessary cables to make the connections. I also really appreciated the description of compatibility of ports because it helped me take inventory of what my laptop had or needed before I purchased. Luckily, I didn't need any additional ports or lines. I had 2 USB-C ports to connect the screens. I loved the fact that it was literally plug and play. Didn't have to install any drivers or other hardware. The spring-load frame expands to hug and fit any laptop screen again 13"-17" and I was up and running in a couple of minutes. I didn't need any instructions because literally I located 2 USB-C cords and plugged them in and boom it was on. I did have to go to my settings and under 'display' I had to select the 'extend desktop to this display option' and not the duplicate options. I could've used the HDMI cables to connect as well because 2 were also included, but I didn't because the cords were longer/thicker and I wanted a cleaner looking workstation with less cable presence around.
