Good and firm, but not to firm. The firmer roll was just to firm for my IT band.

Great size and quality. I would say, though, that this is quite firm...not medium firm.

My chiropractor advised to get this one for IT band release. Painful at first, but then it releases the tension. It has helped over the last few months.

This was good as a beginner roll. The Amazon Basics I have since bought will surely last longer. I think if I had started with that one, though, I would have been dissatisfied with the stiffness. This one had a good feel, but it became worn out/collapsed in about a year. I weighed 127 pounds when using it, so it's not me. And I didn't sit on it. It collapsed in the center so I started using it on each end but you can see it collapsed there, too. I don't like that this will be in a landfill so soon after being made.

This is an excellent roller. It's medium density was right for me. I kept this item but was also charged for the firm roller I returned. Kept saying in transit.

This foam roller lasted maybe 2 monthes. It was a father's day gift for my 216 lb. husband. We didn't expect the roller to fail as the specs read the roller is good for a person up to 250lbs. Also, the product was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I called Amazon and they said I needed to return it (Amazon did give a shipping label) I was happy to return it, however I would need to pay for a shipping box which costs at The UPS Store $22.00 which would be about what I paid for the foam roller. I was hoping to show photos of the flawed roller to provide proof so that either a different roller could be sent or a refund but that wasn't even an option. I strongly do not recommend purchasing the blue foam roller.

Ich habe gerade eine Kur hinter mir ubd wollte mir was gutes tun. Doch leider tut mir meine Wirbelsäule viel zu viel weh und ich kann die Rolle nicht verwenden. Sie ist mir leider zu hart. Der Preis wäre super gewesen.
